There comes a moment in life when the quiet longings get harder to ignore … The places you’ve always wanted to go. The experiences you keep saving for “one day.” The feeling that you want more depth, more color, more aliveness in your life.
For me, that moment arrived as I approach 50 — and realizing I’m older than my mother lived to be. That truth made one thing clear: time is precious, and the dreams we carry don’t wait forever.
For years, I’ve felt called to host a retreat in Ireland — not as a tour, but as an immersion. A way of experiencing this sacred place slowly and deeply, in rhythm with the season. This retreat is my answer to that call.
A soul-filling week in Ireland to celebrate Samhain in its homeland: through sacred places, simple ritual, real connection, and the kind of travel that stays with you long after you return home.
If you’ve been feeling a similar pull…
If Ireland has always stirred something in you…
If you’re longing for a meaningful adventure that feels real, rich, and nourishing…
You’re in the right place.💖

What Awaits You in Ireland:

This retreat is designed as a slow, richly curated immersion. A balance of sacred depth, meaningful adventure, and generous space to rest, wander, and simply be.
During our week together, ancient places, seasonal ritual, shared meals, beautiful walks, and rich moments are woven together into a rhythm that feels both nourishing and alive.
Here is an overview of the experiences we’ll share (click to expand):

We’ll celebrate this ancient seasonal holiday in its homeland — the birthplace of Halloween.
A highlight of our time together will be experiencing the Púca Festival, a contemporary Irish Samhain celebration rooted in folklore, fire, music, and storytelling, held in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East.
Through the festival, we’ll step into community celebration — fire performances, live music, myth, and historic sites illuminated through Samhain tradition — witnessing how this sacred season is still lived in Ireland today.

Beyond the festival, we’ll explore some of the most spiritually significant landscapes in Ireland, centered in the Boyne Valley — a region steeped in myth, history, and quiet power.
Together, we’ll visit places such as Newgrange and the Hill of Tara, with local guides to share the stories and symbolism of the land. These visits are intentionally unhurried — designed to be felt, not rushed.

This is not a tour-bus trip. We’ll stay rooted in one beautiful place, a Georgian manor house on the River Boyne, allowing us to travel slowly and truly settle in.
Expect misty river walks right outside our door, hill walks with sweeping views, cozy afternoons journaling by the pub fire, live Irish music in village pubs, castles, stone bridges, winding paths, and quiet moments that can’t be scheduled.
This is Ireland beyond the guidebook!

Samhain is the quiet threshold of the year: a time of release, reflection, and turning inward before the long dark of winter. Throughout our time together, its themes will be gently woven into the rhythm of the retreat, inviting you to slow down and honor what is ready to be laid to rest.
We’ll gather for an empowering guided Samhain ritual focused on release and integration, a space to reflect on the year you’ve lived and consciously let go of what no longer needs to be carried.
Samhain will flow naturally through our days through gentle reflection prompts, journaling, and quiet moments for grounding and integration.

This retreat is designed to feel deeply nourishing — unhurried, spacious, and restorative.
You’ll have daily access to our private riverside hot tub, saunas, and cold plunge — quiet spaces to soften, warm, and reset. We’ll also visit a countryside spa for a day of thermal experiences, inviting deep relaxation and renewal.
Between it all, there is room to breathe: gentle countryside and river walks, cozy moments at the house, and thoughtfully provided meals — including a special Samhain feast — designed to support both body and spirit.

Yes, this retreat is soulful and slow. It’s also joyful, playful, and deeply alive.
Ireland knows how to gather. How to celebrate. How to let music, laughter, and story move through a room — and through people. ‘Craic’ is the Irish word for fun, and Ireland is great craic!
Throughout our time together, we’ll enjoy evenings in cozy local pubs, listening to live Irish music, witnessing traditional dancing, and soaking up the warmth and humor that make Irish culture so alive. We’ll share laughter over pints by the fire, linger in conversation, and let joy be part of the spiritual experience.

You’ll be sharing this experience with a small group of like-minded women — curious, open, and drawn to depth and meaning. (*Please read the values FAQ below, to ensure this retreat is a good fit for you.)
At the same time, this is a spacious container. Most activities are optional, alone time is honored, and you’re encouraged to follow your own rhythm.
My role is curator and companion — planning, guiding, and holding the container while experiencing the journey alongside you.

Retreat FAQs
This retreat is designed as a sacred, supportive space for women and gender-expansive people who feel aligned with feminine-centered community.
Trans women are women, and are wholeheartedly welcome here.
Non-binary people who feel nourished by this kind of container are also warmly invited.
This retreat is not open to men.
My intention is to create a space that feels emotionally safe, grounded, and affirming — a place where participants can soften, be real, and explore depth, connection, and spiritual reflection without needing to explain or defend who they are.
If you’re unsure whether this retreat is the right fit for you, you’re always welcome to reach out — I’m happy to connect and answer questions.
I want to be very clear about the values I hold and the kind of space I intentionally create.
I am not neutral when it comes to human rights, bodily autonomy, racial justice, LGBTQ+ safety, or the dignity of marginalized people.
This retreat — and all of my work — is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and protected, especially those who are most impacted by the political and cultural realities of our time.
If you are part of a marginalized community — including LGBTQ+ folks, trans and non-binary people, people of color, immigrants, or anyone whose safety or rights feel precarious right now — you will be safe here.
I do not believe spirituality exists in a vacuum. The work of slowing down, reconnecting to the land, and tending the soul also requires care for one another and an awareness of the world we’re living in.
This retreat is not a space for harmful rhetoric, dismissal of lived experience, or “both sides” conversations about people’s right to exist.
I share this not to create division, but to create clarity.
If these values resonate with you, you’ll likely feel deeply at home here. If they don’t, this retreat may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
Absolutely.
This retreat is designed with solo travelers in mind, and most women will be coming on their own.
You’ll be welcomed into a small, warm group of like-minded women, with plenty of opportunities for connection — and just as much permission to take time for yourself. Traveling solo doesn’t mean being alone here.
Yes — and you’re not alone in that feeling.
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive support and guidance to help you prepare, including packing suggestions, travel tips, and what to expect once you arrive. I’m also happy to connect one-on-one if you have questions or need reassurance around international travel.
You’ll be well supported, and you won’t be navigating this on your own.
Yes — travel insurance is required for this trip. This helps protect your investment and provides peace of mind.
This retreat includes a good amount of walking, as exploring Ireland on foot is a meaningful part of the experience.
You should feel comfortable:
- Walking several miles a day
- Navigating uneven ground, hills, and outdoor paths
That said, this is not an extreme or athletic retreat. The pace is unhurried, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and opt out of activities when needed.
If you have mobility concerns that make walking difficult, this retreat may not be the right fit.
Late October / early November in Ireland is typically cool, misty, and atmospheric — very much part of the magic of the season.
You can expect:
- Cool temperatures
- Occasional rain or mist
- Changing conditions throughout the day
You’ll receive a detailed packing list to help you prepare so you can be comfortable and enjoy being outdoors, rain or shine.
You don’t need to drink alcohol to enjoy this retreat.
Pubs in Ireland are community gathering places — cozy, warm, and often centered around music and conversation rather than drinking. You’re welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic options, come for the music and atmosphere, or skip pub outings entirely if you prefer.
That said, pub culture is part of the Irish experience, and we will spend time in pubs throughout the week. If that environment feels uncomfortable for you, this may not be the right fit.
You’re very welcome here.
The spiritual elements of this retreat are grounded, earth-based, and approachable, centered on seasonal rhythm, reflection, and simple ritual. There’s no dogma, no preaching, and no requirement to believe or practice anything specific.
This retreat is about connection — to the land, the season, and yourself — not about adopting a particular spiritual identity.
This retreat is intentionally spacious.
Most rooms are private, and the house offers multiple quiet areas where you can rest, journal, or simply be. Most activities are optional (with the exception of the core Samhain ritual + dinner), and you’re encouraged to follow your own rhythm throughout the week.
There’s no pressure to socialize constantly — presence and participation are always by choice.
No.
Participation is always optional, except for the core Samhain ritual + dinner, which is a central part of the retreat. Everything else is an invitation, not an obligation.
You’re encouraged to engage in the ways that feel meaningful and supportive for you.
Travel is always an adventure — especially in a place as alive and changeable as Ireland.
Weather, timing, or circumstances may require occasional adjustments. When that happens, we’ll adapt with care and intention, keeping the spirit and depth of the experience intact.
Flexibility and openness are part of what make this retreat rich and memorable.
